Report : Masked Man Tricked His Way Onto Jet "OMG"

(Nov. 5) - It was a couple of hours into the long-haul flight from Hong Kong  to Vancouver when Air  Canada  staff realized they'd been scammed.

The attendents  had seen an elderly  white passenger hobble his way down the aisle to the bathroom , but the person who emerged moments laters wasn't wrinkled , stooped or bald . He was young  , fresh-faced and  Asian .

Details of that "unbelievable case of concealment " are contained  in a confidential intelligence report from the Canada Border Services  Agency , CNN reported Thursday . According to the document , the young man was taken into custody by security  staff upon arrival in Canada  and was found to be carrying a disquise kit that included  a silicone mask , brown cardigan , a flat cap and a pair of ill-fitting spectacles.

The  Canada Border Services Agency says the man on the  left  boarded a plane in Hong Kong  disquised as an older Caucasian....right.

He readily admitted to the ruse  to the Canada security staff , the memo states , and even willingly "donned the disquise" for [border officers], and they noted  that he very much resembled an elderly  caucasian man, complete with mimicking the movements of an elderly person.

The young pretender  - who applied for refugee status on arrival - was reportedly helped onto a plane by a 55-year-old American citizen , who had swapped boarding passes with the Asian man in Hong Kong .
