Buri Al Arab Hotel , Dubai , which opened in 1999, is unofficially billed as a 7-star hotel and is the worlds' most luxurious  and tallest hotel.
Designed to resemble a billowing sail , the hotel soars to a height of 321 meters , dominating the Dubai coastline .
