Phantom

4 comments:

  1. I saw Phantom of the Opera awhile back and really loved it. The music is absolutely breath taking, and the actors and set scenery spectacular.

The love this phantom had for this woman, forbidden, yet real, really was incredible. The story is of course not only a tragedy but a romance and it made me ask...

Whatever happened to romance? To just sending flowers? Doing things the old-fashioned way.

Forbidden love is always nice, it don't last so it's better to focus on what's at hand and available.

Romance is alive and well there's nothing wrong in sending flowers to express how a person feel and if they don't have a catch behind them.

You have to know what you want and go after it so my musty butt aunt told me , working in the public I notice a lot of people live in a fantasy world and when that happens true romance escapes them.

  4. You put that extremely well Nan and you're right.Romantic fantasies have a place in our lives but we have to know when to return to reality and find someone special down here on earth. If you wait for your fantasy man you'll be waiting an awfully long time.He may never arrive.Don't wait for romance to find you, make your own magic.

I agree with Lina that Phantom is a wonderful story. It speaks to most women on some level or several levels. You want to love the phantom, no matter what he looks like.Your heart breaks for his sadness and you feel it would be wonderful to be the object of such devotion.

PIC, I'm going to see if I can get to the new website.Congrats on pulling it off Sweetie.Oh what fun we'll have and Nan I sure hope you come and make comments often.
