What a wonderful insight into the female attention thought span. Very well characterized, you may be very physically with a certain friend, but your true thoughts are with the really "special" someone connected by strong mind/soul/heart~loosing all time ~ than suddenly brought back down into the present. Oh what a let down and loss of that loving someone who is out of our reach and really not ours to begin with.
I know that I have been transported, many times, away from a mundane situation to spend a few moments in a magic place. Coming back down to earth is always a bit of a jolt but oh,that little escape was worth it.
