Sandra Bullock - Jesse James : Orange County Home For Sale

Sandra Bullock and Jesse James have taken another step toward dissolving their life together.Radaronline.com reported that their Southern california beachfront home has been put on the market for just under $6 million.
If you are hoping you could troll the MLS listing and see the 3,500-square-home, or pop by one Sunday for an open house, think again, the property is a private listing and those interested in it need to pre-quality.
The screening process could require bank statements (something not-too-surprising for high price or publicity-heavy properties),
According to The Orange County Register, the two-story, four bedroom, four bathroom house in Sunset Beach is in Jame's name. It sold in 2003 for 3.5 million.
TMZ says that James has also listed his Long Beach magazine store with the same realtor. James' Long Beach-based West Coast Choppers is, as of this writing, not on the market.
But where is Sandra Bullock hiding out these days ?
Sandra Bullock is reportedly living in her $2.25 million New Orleans manison purchased last June with James. The Koch-Mays house, as it's known, is in the Garden District and was built in the 1860's. It has five (5) bedrooms, and four and a half bathrooms and is over 6,000 square feet : Plenty of room for Bullock's newly adopted son, Louis.
Apparently she hasn't gotten a ton of peace in the Big Easy : Limelife reported that tour guides are taking visitors by the mansion. For an unintrusive look, take a peek at the shots of the home's fussy, Victorian Interior( above).Sandrs Bullock, as reported in "People," owns many properties around the U.S., including in West Hollywood, New York City, Austin, New Orleans and Tybee Island, Ga. She owns multiple properties in some of those locales.
Bullock and James had been married for four years before reports surfaced in March that he was unfaithful to the 2010 Oscar-winning actress. In an interview with People Magazine in April, Bullock said she filed for divorce.
My spin on this continuing saga : There are still some good men out there, so here's hoping Jesse haven't sour Sandra on men, sometime a profile woman / man may have to look beyond another high prolife person...I may be wrong but as I see it Jesse wanted to use Sandra's high profile for his own personal interests and that was to get low-class tattoo bimbos for his own pleasure. Stay tuned, updates as they become available.
Kicking back...keeping it real and having fun.

Hi PIC...don't know if you can come out to play.
Here's hoping you are feeling much better.
Everything here is rocking along okay so far but you never know when hell's going to break loose.
Hope Brian and Nana is doing o.k.

  4. So Sandra is in New Orleans. You might run into her when you are shopping down there.I'm glad she made a clean break from her old life. She and her baby will be happy. Why did she pick N.O. to live?

They are meeting the space Gil gave me for my meeting and they seems to be a little scared. Gil told them he's calling the shots now for his dad and they better remember they are in his space now.

  6. I have a cartoon of the argument with the Italian boys. I might put it up tonight

A lot of celes have homes down there, Brad/Angie and a lot more, I guess the land is cheap since Katrina.
I won't be shopping down there,it's at the bottom of the state and I'm at the top by Oklahoma, I'm more closer to Dallas.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Now Gil is in charge as Dad always knew would happen eventually when everyone calmed down. They will co-operate now.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Don't you ever visit N.O.?

    ReplyDelete
  10. I know you used to live there.

    ReplyDelete
  11. I can see where Dallas is better for shopping. They have some well known fashion houses there and are always up on fashion. Some very exclusive and expensive stores too.

Put up the cartoon, they can act like a bunch on hounds over one bone.
They remind me of the picture Heidi put up about the hounds from hell.
I don't mean to brag, but I think they have met their match in my my man. But it will be good reading for you over the weekend.

Yes we went down in June 2008 before Gilly was born on our way to Miami... I used to go each year and go crabbing on the gulf but the oil spill have did so much damage.

Dallas is where I did most of my business when I had my dress shop, I did a little in N.Y.City, but Dallas was better.
N.O. is not like it once was.We moved here to Shreveport when I was 10.

  15. I found some underwater footage of the oil gusher and also a video of them atually placing the dome over the broken pipe. You can see right away that it doesn't work. What a bad idea. I put them up on the blog already.

Nan says between having fun with your family and reading about our crap you may not find the time to do anything else.
I can drive to Dallas in a couple of hours no more than 3 and N.O. takes about 5/6 hours.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Now they are going to stick a narrower pipe inside the pipe and make it long enough to break through the surface of the water. It will fill oil ships that are standing by.This will give them time to drill another well to take the pressure of the broken one.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Anonymous10:07:00 PM

I will look at them before I log off. They say this is a bigger mess than when that ship had the oil spill...they know that wasn't going to help, I think I read somewhere it was about 7 miles deep. Did you hear that?

  19. You guys certainly have an interesting and exciting life. It's like watching the Sopranos on A&E. I never know what will happen next.

BP don't know what the fuck they are doing, we hear so many different things, and they are going to have so many lawsuits against them..the people that lost their lives, the fishermen and the states along the gulf.

    ReplyDelete
  21. The Exon Valdez spill, which we thought was a environmental disaster was nothing next to this one.

    ReplyDelete
  22. The broken pipe is 5000 ft down and has spilled 4 million barrels of crude oil into your gulf. Tragic. I feel for all the people and wildlife of your state and the others.

  23. Anonymous10:17:00 PM

Leon told them the life they live is in an era gone by and everyone wants to be legal now and all the old gang had lost their grip and uncle G> was to old and his mom was going to follow dad's lead...aunt Mae yell damn right.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I believe I spelled Exxon incorrectly..

    ReplyDelete
  25. Anonymous10:21:00 PM

It's traveling up the gulf faster they expected and the wind is really blowing and it's tornado season and who knows when a hurricane will come along.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Anonymous10:22:00 PM

    I know what you meant..Exxon.

    ReplyDelete
  27. If a hurricane hits you, a lot of that oily water could be carried inland into your waterways and swamplands.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Anonymous10:25:00 PM

The fishermen looks so sad, some of them it's their life all they have every done.
Seafood , if you can get it will be sky high, Dad asked can I make gumbo without shrimp.

  29. How is Nan taking all this hullbaloo about the hotel/casino? Is she concerned about her shares or is she really protected? Is she considering selling out too?
Or is she going to ride it out and see what happens?

    ReplyDelete
  30. Anonymous10:28:00 PM

    That's so true.
Get your map and look how far I'm from N.O. I'm at the top of the state, we have a lot of lakes up here and the hurricanes just bring storms and winds and start up a few tornadoes.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Anonymous10:31:00 PM

Nan is enjoying the ride , she not going to sell her shares, she has an iron-clad contract even if they sell.

    ReplyDelete
  32. You are in a much safer area of the state. Good move on your dad's part. Imagine if you were living in N.O. when Katrina happened.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Anonymous10:37:00 PM

Nan says she's planning on working until she's about 50 , she will get 0 shares a year and Gil told her to get her money together and if she needed some to let him know because the shares was going down and he wanted her to buy as many as she can, they was going to have to get some investore thats the olny way they was going to make it.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Nan will weather the storm. I mean the one with the Italians.
I just looked at the map and you are at the opposite ends of the state from N.O. That would be a long drive.

  37. I'm just putting the kettle on for a nice cup of herbal tea. It's so cold here. They tell us that it will get warmer starting tomorrow. The weekend should be nice. That's good because we have to go to a party in Hamilton. I think it's a barbecue. All I have to take is a cheese tray and a veggie tray.Easy peasy.
I have to take Nana shopping for some clothes tomorrow if we have time after groceries. That is going to be hell. She don't like anything. If she snaps at me I might just snap back.I don't feel too well so my tolerance for Nana bullshit might be low.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Anonymous10:50:00 PM

I meant Nan will get 10 shares a year..[giggles] I look back and seen I said 0 shares.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Anonymous10:54:00 PM

Nana may surprise you and see something she likes right off.

  45. The twins took a class trip to the big museum in Toronto. I asked Sammy which part he liked best. He said,"have you ever been in the section on ancient Greece, where all the statues are?"
I told him, yes. He said," do you think it's right to show little kids naked statues of ladies with their boobies hanging out and guys with their weenies hanging out?"
    I told him,"Sammy, it's art."
He said,"no it's not. It's disgusting and it should be against the law."...HA

Jakey didn't mind the naked statues and he loved the dinosaurs and mummies. So Sammy is the prude in the family.

Nan or Mac have to worry about their jobs as long as they do them, and Mac will still be Dad's driver...Charles told dad once that Mac won't take orders from them and dad says Mac is not suppose to take orders from them he know his job that's why he hired him, he was dependable.
