Of course it don't work, it may take them years to cap the oil and the gulf will never be the same. I feel sorry for the poor fishermen , that's a way of life for them.
Why can't they speng money on something useful there are other ways. BP is drilling for oil when they should be worrying about Global Warming. What a waste.
