Amphibians Close HIghway in Greece...'Go Frogs!'

— May 26, 2010 — Highway hopping: Millions of frogs have forced the two-hour closure of a key road in Greece. How did they all arrive there? Why did they all arrive there? Frogs are an endangered species and have been disappearing for years now. Are they fighting back? Are they going to re-emerge stronger than ever. I hope so. I have always loved the slimy little guys.

So cute and yes slimy...as a child we lived in the countey and would listed to the frogs croaking or doing their mating calls don't know which...
I lived away for awhile but when I returned home the city had come to the country...I built my home here anyway because my family could control the traffic and we wouldn't be over crowded. It's still nice and quiet and we still have that country feeling.

Oh yes, I think the frogs are fighting back...remember the Science Fiction movies about the birds/rats/cats and even the spiders...with man invading the the endangered speices space they will fight back. Where else do they have to go???
