CSI: Miami : Fans Say Bring Back A-Rod "WTF"

CSI Miami fans have won their year long crusade to get Latin heartthrob Adam Rodriguez back on the hit drama for all of next season.
His return means viewers might finally get to see his character Eric Delko's relationship with sexy ballistics expert Calleigh Duquesne develop into a full-blown romance! Thousands of devoted A-Rod fans e-mailed CBS with complaints whan his storylines were cut back last year as he haggled with show bosses over a new contract.
When negotiations broke down, CSI producers brought in LeAnn Rimes beau Eddie Cibrian to fill the beefcakes void as they phased out Adam. The fans let it be known they preferred the smouldering Hispanic stud, and bombarded CBS with e-mails, phone calls and letters.
Meanwhile , A-Rod signed up to play Hilda's love interest Bobby on ABC's Ugly Betty. But when the comedy was canceled at the end of January, Adam was suddenly back on the market - and CSI bosses were all to happy to have him back.
When the fans got the news that Delko wasn't going to be back full time, and when they actually saw he wasn't back full time, they felt there was something missing from the show, says the 34-year-old star, who's part Puerto Rican and part Cuban. They was very vocal about that, and I have to give credit to CBS that they paid attention to it.
The network's money men, in fact, caved into practically all of Adam's contract demands, including giving him the opportunity to write and direct one episode. I'm not going to pull any punches, CBS walked away from negotiations quickly, says Adam. But fans really made it known the show wasn't the same with-out Delko, and CBS was wise enough to make sure the kept the chemistry the the fans wanted it.
Rodriguez is now hoping that his return in September for season nine (9) wll mean that Delko and Calleigh, played by Emily Procter, will finally end up together - possibly even walk down the aisle. I would really love to explore the relationship fully, he says. I think we owe it to the people who wanted to see it happen.
My spin on the CSI:Miami "fiasco:" CSI:Miami is on it's last legs , the fans the show as carried thus far is the people that watch to see David Caruso do his one trick pony stand...waiting to see if they have a prop behind him and if they move it will he fall on his face, sometime the fans are trying to figure out if it a cardboard cut-out or the real man, it's hard to tell the difference. Now my advice to you Adam or A-Rod you could take some advice from David Caruso...you can always be replaced...I'll gve you a hint....NYPD BLUE...David Caruso left his role as Det. John Kelly shortly after the start of season two (2) in a futile pursuit of a film career. Jimmy Smits stepped in to the series which ran for eleven (11) more seasons.Thank your lucky stars Mr. Rodriguez Cbs took you back because you and Emily don't have chemistry to pull it off...now the way it really happen is you and Miss. Procter started the whole texting thing on tweeter to bring you back...but I will say one thing for you, you were nice enough to thank your fans, more than Mr.Caruso did. But Hey, that's just me.
Kicking back and keeping it real.

  2. Adam's okay. The more people the show has working in it the better. The less we have to see of DC.I hope they hire a bunch more.
I'm watching CSILV; they have dozens of regular actors on it. Even the bad shows are better than the best CSIM shows.

It's odd, when a guy shows a bulge in his pants it's not as offensive to me as women showing cameltoe. I always feel a bit ashamed for those women. It's just not nice and shows a lack of class.
