In the middle of panic,crisis,or confusion,it can be difficult to listen to what is said .What you hear could be different.Even the slightest emotional upheaval will not only cloud your vision,it will also block your ears.
When we are upset,we hear with ear muffs on.At times like this,harmless little words take on great big meanings,and the smallest,most innocent gestures become threatening movements.You may feel like you are being attacked when you are actually being consoled.You may think you are being criticized when you are only being supported.If you know you are upset or feeling vulnerable,talk to someone.Ask what they would do in a situation like the one you're in.
You might get a lot of answers.You will have to see which one best suits you.Because there are different strokes for different folks.You can't fix a problem over night ,you have to work on it .
You're not crazy.

You ALWAYS can get pictures. Just click on the pictures-symbol when posting a new entry.
ReplyDeleteOr you can add pictures through the gadget-section. You do not needt web-albums.
The picture I added is just an example. You can delete it if you want. I added it through the layout section. It is very easy.

If that's what you meant. I never use web-albums since there are easier ways.
